"Aldama de Noche" depicts a rain-soaked evening on one of the most emblematic streets of San Miguel de Allende, with the historic Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel standing majestically in the backdrop. The scene is illuminated by the warm glow of street lamps reflecting off the cobblestones, creating a canvas of blues and purples that suggest both the mystery and romance of the night.

In this painting, I used a pointillist style to capture the shimmering effects of rain, enhancing the textures and adding a reflective quality to the scene. The solitary figure with an umbrella adds a human element to the composition, suggesting stories untold as they navigate through this historic setting.
