Returns and Refunds:

  • We do not make refunds.
  • We offer the option to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests made within this timeframe will receive a total return of the amount paid, excluding any transaction fees, provided the cancellation is made before the artwork is shipped.
  • To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. You can do this by sending an email to arte@fuentevillagallery.com or through our contact form on the website.

Conditions for Money Back:

  • Since artworks are not shipped immediately after purchase, this policy allows for cancellation before the artwork is dispatched.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed and it has been verified that the artwork has not been shipped, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

Exclusions:

  • No cancellations or refunds are accepted after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • Customized or specially commissioned artworks are not eligible for cancellation or refund due to their personalized nature.
